Depreciation Run
Allows the user to run a Depreciation analysis on their past transactions
Requirements before using Depreciation Run
- The user should setup the following Maintenance Module in order to proceed on using the Depreciation Run
- For detailed instructions on how to setup the needed Maintenance Module, the user may visit the following Job Aid pages:

Notes:
- The system will lock for a mean time when a user proceed to use the Depreciation Run.

- Asset Class should be on ACTIVE status in order to stimulate it
- This can be seen in Fixed Asset Class Maintenance Module.

- The user can only close books or periods on the Trial Balance if they run a Depreciation on that specific Month.
- The user can run a Depreciation under Fixed Asset Master.
