Purchase Report Aging Job Aids

Exporting Purchase Report
  1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports
    Pro Balance Sheet (Export) - Step 01.png
  2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Financial statements then click Purchase Report

    • The user can also click the Search bar then look for Purchase Report

  3. Click the CSV button to Extract the report into CSV Excel File

    • The user has an option to filter the record by Vendor, Date Range and Display Item
