2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Tax Reports then click BIR Form 0619E
   
   
   
   • The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 0619E
     
     
     
3. Under BIR FORM 2550M, Fill up the necessary fields then double check every detail. Click Generate PDF to proceed.
