Inventory Inquiry

Allows the user to view the quantities of their items (Onhand,Ordered,Allocated,Available)

Requirements before using Inventory Inquiry

Notes:

  • For precise export of items, the user can filter by Warehouse, Brand, Item, Item Class before clicking the CSV button.
  • The user can use Rebuild Inventory Button to refresh and recheck the items in the Inventory.
Exporting Inventory Inquiry
  1. Go to Inventory then click Inventory Inquiry
  2. Under Inventory Inquiry List. Click CSV button to Export the List. Take note that you can filter the Item, Warehouse, Brand and Item Class, Item Group for precise Exportation of Records.
Viewing On Hand Quantity Details in Inventory Inquiry List
  1. Go to Inventory then click Inventory Inquiry
  2. Click on the Onhand Quantity Link of an item to check the details on the Onhand quality.
Viewing Ordered Quantity Details in Inventory Inquiry List
  1. Go to Inventory then click Inventory Inquiry
  2. Click on the Ordered Quantity Link of an item to check the details on the Ordered quality.
Viewing Allocated Quantity Details in Inventory Inquiry List
  1. Go to Inventory then click Inventory Inquiry
  2. Click on the Allocated Quantity Link of an item to check the details on the Allocated quality.
