Exporting Asset Transaction Records

1. Under the Main Menu, Click Reports

2. Under Reports Menu, Click Asset Transaction under Fixed Asset Reports.

3. Under Asset Transaction, click the Export Button on the right side. Take note that you can also filter the date range, fixed asset class, fixed asset number and budget center for Precise Exportation of Records.

Viewing Vouchers in Asset Transaction

1. Under the Main Menu, Click Reports

2. Under Reports Menu, Click Asset Transaction under Fixed Asset Reports.

3. Under Asset Transaction, Click the linked amount under Amount No. Column in order to redirect you to the voucher information on that respective amount.
