Generating BIR Form 1604E

1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports
   
2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Tax Reports then click BIR Form 1604E
   
   
   
   
   • The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 1604E
     
     
     
3. Under BIR Form 1604E, Fill up the necessary fields then double check every detail. Click Generate PDF to proceed.

1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports
   
2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Tax Reports then click BIR Form 1604E
   
   • The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 1604E
     
3. Under Bir Form 1604E Menu, Click CSV to export the schedule into excel spreadsheet file or click DAT file to export the Schedule 4 to DAT form to be used in filing EBIR.
