Generating BIR Form 1604E
- Under Main Menu, Click Reports
- Under Reports Menu, Go to Tax Reports then click BIR Form 1604E
- The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 1604E
- The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 1604E
- Under BIR Form 1604E, Fill up the necessary fields then double check every detail. Click Generate PDF to proceed.

Generating BIR Form 1604E - SCHEDULE 4
- Under Main Menu, Click Reports
- Under Reports Menu, Go to Tax Reports then click BIR Form 1604E
- The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 1604E
- The user can also click the Search bar then look for BIR Form 1604E
- Under Bir Form 1604E Menu, Click CSV to export the schedule into excel spreadsheet file or click DAT file to export the Schedule 4 to DAT form to be used in filing EBIR.
