Tax Job Aids

Managing Tax
Adding New Tax
  1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose MaintenancePro Chart of Accounts (Create) - Step 01.png
  2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Tax
    Pro Tax (Create) - Step 02.png

  3. Under Tax Menu, Click Options then choose Add New Tax
    Pro Tax (Create) - Step 03.png

  4. Fill up the necessary fields

  5. Click Save

Viewing Tax
  1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose MaintenancePro Chart of Accounts (Create) - Step 01.png
  2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Tax
    Pro Tax (Create) - Step 02.png
  3. Under Tax Menu, Select the Tax that needs to view its details, click the drop down arrow then choose View

  4. The user has an option to Edit the details or Exit then Tax Record

Editing Tax
  1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose MaintenancePro Chart of Accounts (Create) - Step 01.png
  2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Tax

  3. Under Tax Menu, Select the Tax that needs to update its details, click the drop down arrow then choose Edit

  4. Update the necessary fields

  5. Click Save
Deleting Tax
  1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose MaintenancePro Chart of Accounts (Create) - Step 01.png
  2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Tax

  3. Under Tax Menu, Select the Tax that needs to be deleted, click the drop down arrow then choose Delete

  4. Click Yes to Confirm the deletion process
