Managing Users

Adding New Bank Account

1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose Maintenance
2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Bank
3. Under Bank Menu, Click Options then choose New Bank Account
4. Fill up the necessary fields
5. Click Send

Viewing Bank Account

1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose Maintenance
2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Bank
3. Under Bank Menu, Select the Bank that needs to view its details, click the drop down arrow then choose View

Editing Bank Account

1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose Maintenance
2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Bank
3. Under Bank Menu, Select the Bank that needs to update its details, click the drop down arrow then choose Edit
4. Update the necessary fields
5. Click Save

Deleting Bank Account

1. On the Main Menu, click the Gear Icon then choose Maintenance
2. Under Maintenance Side Bar, Click Bank
3. Under Bank Menu, Select the Bank that needs to be deleted, click the drop down arrow then choose Delete
4. Click Yes to Confirm the deletion process
