Asset History refers to the list of assets history within a specific period of time. This includes the transaction dates, the transaction types, amount and the transfers occurred. Asset History Terms on Oojeema Prime System:

  1. Record Filters(Fixed Asset Class, Asset Number, Budget Center, Date Range) - set of filter options for precise search of records.
    • Fixed Asset Class, Asset Number and Budget Center are automatically set to No filters thus it will show all records available within the date range.
    • Date range will be set to the current month and date by default.
  2. Export - allows the user to export the records corresponding to its Filters.
  3. Asset Class - refers to the category of the Asset.
    • The user may check the Fixed Asset Class Maintenance Module to check the list of Asset Class
  4. Asset Number - Asset Reference Number assigned to the Asset Class.
  5. Serial Number/Engine Number - Serial number or Engine Number of the Asset
  6. Transaction Date - Date of Transaction when the asset is used.
  7. Transaction Type - Type of Transaction where the asset is used.
  8. Amount - the amount of the Transaction.
  9. Transfer to - refers to the Asset Location and the Accountable Person that the asset will moved to.
    • The Asset Location and the Accountable person of an Asset can be seen in Fixed Asset Master Maintenance Module.
