Asset Depreciation Menu List

Asset Depreciation List refers to the list of Depreciated Asset of Assets.

Asset Depreciation List based on Oojeema Prime

Field	Description
1. Record Filters (Asset Class, Asset Number, Budget Center, Date Range)	Set of filter options for precise searching of records. Fixed Asset Class, Asset number and Budget Center are automatically set to No filters thus it will show all records available within the date range. Date range will be set to the current month and date by default.
2. Export	Allows the user to Export the Record into Spreadsheet
3. Budget Center	The Budget Center assigned on the Asset
4. Asset Number	Asset Code Reference assigned to the Budget Center The user may check the Fixed Asset Master Maintenance Module to check the list of Asset Numbers
5. Serial Number/Engine Number	Serial number or Engine Number of the Asset
6. Asset Class	Category of the Asset The user may check the Fixed Asset Class Maintenance Module to check the list of Asset Class
7. Description	Any remarks or descriptions of the said Asset.
8. Capitalized Cost	Refers to an expense that is added to the cost basis of a fixed asset on a company's balance sheet.
9. Depreciation Amount	Amount of the asset corresponding to its depreciation.

Asset Depreciation List based on Oojeema Prime

   • Fixed Asset Class, Asset number and Budget Center are automatically set to No filters thus it will show all records available within the date range.
