Asset Transaction

Asset Transaction Menu List
Asset Transactions - refers to the List of Transactions of Assets. Asset Transaction Menu Terms on Oojeema Prime
- Record Filters(Fixed Asset Class, Asset Number, Budget Center, Date Range) - set of filter options for precise search of records.
- Fixed Asset Class, Asset Number and Budget Center are automatically set to No filters thus it will show all records available within the date range.
- Date range will be set to the current month and date by default.
- Export - allows the user to export the records corresponding to its Filters.
- Asset Class - refers to the category of the Asset.
- The user may check the Fixed Asset Class Maintenance Module to check the list of Asset Class
- Asset Number - Asset Reference Number assigned to the Asset Class.
- The user may check the Fixed Asset Master Maintenance Module to check the list of Assets.
- Serial Number/Engine Number - Serial number or Engine Number of the Asset
- Transaction Date - Date of Transaction when the asset is used.
- Transaction Type - Type of Transaction where the asset is used.
- Amount - the amount of the Transaction.
- Transfer to - refers to the Asset Location and the Accountable Person that the asset will moved to.
- The Asset Location and the Accountable person of an Asset can be seen in Fixed Asset Master Maintenance Module.

- Clicking on the amount links will redirect the user to the view transaction.
- For Depreciation Run transactions, the user will be redirect to the Fixed Asset Master Maintenance Module.
