Asset Master List - Asset Details Menu

Asset Master List refers to the overall details of all assets given a specific date.

Asset Details Menu List of Terms on Oojeema Prime

Field	Description
1. Record Filters(Fixed Asset Class, Asset Number, Budget Center, Date)	Set of filter options for precise search of records. The user must set the filters first before the system provide the record. Date is automatically set to the current date by default.
2. Export	Allows the user to export the records corresponding to its Filters.
3. Asset Details Tab	Tab wherein it displays the overall details of an Asset.
4. Asset Number - Sub Number	The Asset reference number and its sub number assigned to a specific Asset.
6. Asset Class	Refers to the category of the Asset. The user may check the Fixed Asset Class Maintenance Module to check the list of Asset Class
7. Description	Any remarks or description with regards to the Asset.
8. Asset Location	Asset's current Location.
9. Budget Center	Budget Center Assigned to the Asset.
10. Accountable Person	The person liable on asset.
11. Date Created	Date when the asset details is created.

Depreciation Details Menu List of Terms on Oojeema Prime System

Field	Description
1. Record Filters(Fixed Asset Class, Asset Number, Budget Center, Date)	Set of filter options for precise search of records. The user must set the filters first before the system provide the record. Date is automatically set to the current date by default.
2. Export	Allows the user to export the records corresponding to its Filters.
3. Depreciation Tab	Refers to the Tab that displays the overall depreciation details of an asset.
4. Asset Number	Reference Number of an Asset.
5. Capitalized Cost	Refers to an expense that is added to the cost basis
6. Commissioning Date	Date where the asset is commissioned and maintained
7. No. of Months Useful Life	Lifespan of the Asset.
8. Depreciation Amount / Month	The depreciation amount of the asset on monthly basis
9. Depreciation Month Start	Date when will the Fixed Asset will start depreciating.
10. Retirement Date	Date of Retirement/Expiration of an Asset.
11. Status	Current status of the Asset if it is Retired or still Active
12. Accumulate Depreciation	Total Depreciation accumulated based from depreciation month.
13. Book Value	An asset's original cost, less any accumulated depreciation and impairment charges that have been subsequently incurred.
