Exporting General Journal
  1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports
    Pro Balance Sheet (Export) - Step 01.png
  2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Financial statements then click General Journal
    Pro General Journal (Export) - Step 02.png

  3. Click the CSV button to Extract the report into CSV Excel File

    • The user has an option to filter the record by changing the year and filtering the date range.

Viewing Detailed General Journal Entries
  1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports

  2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Financial statements then click General Journal

  3. Clicking the Voucher will redirect the user to the transaction.
