General Journal Job Aids

Exporting General Journal

1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports
   
2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Financial statements then click General Journal
   
   
   
   • The user can also click the Search bar then look for General Journal
     
     
     
3. Click the CSV button to Extract the report into CSV Excel File
   
   
   
   • The user has an option to filter the record by changing the year and filtering the date range.
     
     
     

Viewing Detailed General Journal Entries

1. Under Main Menu, Click Reports
   
2. Under Reports Menu, Go to Financial statements then click General Journal
   
   • The user can also click the Search bar then look for General Journal
     
3. Clicking the Voucher will redirect the user to the transaction.
